Hello, I’m Neshunna Jones,

a Clinical Therapist with a Master of Social Work from California Baptist University and a Bachelor’s in Africana Studies and Sociology from the University of Arizona. I bring experience in behavioral health and crisis intervention across psychiatric hospitals, street crisis response teams, treatment centers, and correctional settings, which has shaped my ability to support clients through both acute distress and long-standing emotional pain.

I provide therapy to individuals, families, couples, and teens, offering a supportive space to explore identity, relationships, and life transitions. My work is grounded in attachment-based therapy, process-oriented therapy, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on understanding how early relational experiences influence the way we connect, cope, and heal in the present.

I specialize in trauma work, including racialized trauma, and offer culturally responsive, affirming care that honors each person’s lived experience, identity, and emotional truth. I am committed to creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel seen, supported, and able to show up as their full selves without judgment.

I integrate DBT, CBT, and ACT within a compassionate, person-centered approach that emphasizes safety, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. My goal is to support clients in healing relational wounds, deepening self-awareness, and building more secure and fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
